Critical:Quality,ValueI emailed this review to Escape Nails, but it was returned undeliverable.I have been to Escape Nails several times for manicures and pedicures in the past and have been very happy. However, my last visit to get a gel nail manicure on Sunday, December 18th did not result the same. Within the first 4 days, one gel nail fell off. Two other gel nails fell off in this first 7 days. Two other nails are peeling.We were out of town from December 21-28, so could not come up to the salon for repair. I’m obviously very disappointed.I did notice that the technician had me switch hands out of the light box before the light went off. We really enjoyed the staff. Everyone was fun and friendly. Our only suggestion is for staff to give more attention to the details when painting toes. One person had 2 coats of nail polish and the other only had 1 coat of nail polish. Additionally, there were spots of polish left on the skin of the toes, rather than cleaned off. I suspect more brilliant lighting would help. Thank you! I’ll come again.

I love this place! They have such a great time with each other and it has a great atmosphere. I didn’t feel rushed (made an appt) like so many other local places. I’ve been to so many and this is one of the best. Grace is amazing and my daughter had a wonderful guy that did an amazing design. She finally walked out of a salon with what she brought in for a reference and he nailed it. If someone can respond with his name so he can get credit, that would be great. He was to the far left if you’re facing the entrance. I’ve also heard great things about Anh (ON) Thank you and we look forward to seeing you often.

My technicians were both very friendly and the overall mood felt light and fun. The shop is clean as well. My only complaint is that some of the paint is overtop my cuticles, so when my nails start to grow the paint will begin to chip and peel away meaning they won’t last a full two weeks like they should. I honestly run into this at almost every nail salon I try. I wish they were a little more careful.

Got a gel pedicure…. Have always got great service here….,but sadly after about three hours (in flip flops) one nail has no polish on it – like it fell off or somehow disappeared. DisappointedNail repair
