Every LEGO set confirmed for August 2024 – May update (2024)

Following the numerous summer 2024 LEGO set reveals recently, we can now rest assured that there’s plenty to look forward to in August 2024.

Though there are many LEGO models coming next month as the start of the summer 2024 waves, some themes are waiting until August 2024 to launch their next massive range of builds. Others are saving just a single set, at least at the time of writing.

From LEGO Star Wars to LEGO DREAMZzz, here’s every LEGO set confirmed for August 2024 as of May. Note that some regions are receiving waves later than others, and we’ll note when this is the case.

LEGO Star Wars

75394 Imperial Star Destroyer is the only LEGO Star Wars set confirmed for August 2024 at the time of writing. It’s the most recently revealed LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary set and includes an exclusive minifigure of Cal Kestis from the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game.

LEGO Technic

Four LEGO Technic sets are currently confirmed for August 2024 and the highlights are the huge 42182 NASA Apollo Lunar Roving Vehicle – LRV as well as the game-changing 42176 Porsche GT4 e-Performance Race Car with working headlights.

LEGO Animal Crossing

LEGO Animal Crossing’s second wave is confirmed for August 2024 including the biggest build in the theme so far – 77052 K.K.’s Concert at the Plaza.

LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog

From Super Sonic to a shrine to pair with 76996 Knuckles’ Guardian Mech, LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog’s next sets are coming in August too.

LEGO Super Mario

From new starter packs to a LEGO Super Mario train, the initial Nintendo theme has an exciting wave coming in August including a major redesign for the boxes.

LEGO City

60423 Downtown Streetcar and Station is the only LEGO City set currently confirmed for August 1, 2024, in the UK and Europe as many of the models launch in June. That’s not the case in the US though, where the theme’s summer sets are split more evenly between June and August.

LEGO Marvel

The entirety of the LEGO Marvel summer 2024 sets are launching in August worldwide, whether you’re planning on picking up the biggest Milano yet or an Avengers: Age of Ultron diorama.

LEGO DREAMZzz

LEGO DREAMZzz’s biggest wave ever is coming in August 2024, inspired by the second season which has just started streaming its first 10 episodes.

LEGO Batman (US)

While the LEGO Batman summer 2024 sets launch in June for the UK and Europe, the US aren’t getting them until August 2024. You’ll need to wait a bit longer to pick up the Batman: The Animated Series Batmobile.

LEGO NINJAGO (US)

While LEGO NINJAGO’s summer models are being released in June for the UK and Europe, all except 71814 Tournament Temple City are being held until August 2024 in the US.

LEGO Monkie Kid (US)

Similar to NINJAGO, LEGO Monkie Kid’s summer 2024 range is releasing two months later than in the US in the UK and Europe, featuring many new minifigures to collect.

LEGO Jurassic World (US)

LEGO Jurassic World’s next three sets launch in August in the US, featuring the first Allosaurus and Stegosaurus in the modern era of LEGO dinosaur elements.

LEGO Disney (US)

Only 43251 Antonio’s Animal Sanctuary is being released in August in the US from LEGO Disney as the theme’s other summer sets are launching two months earlier.

LEGO Creator (US)

For LEGO Creator 3-in-1 enthusiasts in the US, you’ll be waiting until August to pick up both 31151 T. rex and 31153 Modern House.
